Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM) - Gulf Region
Location: Dubai
Job Summary: The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and growing sales in E Marketplaces and general trade channels within the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the local market dynamics, digital sales strategies, and relationship management to drive revenue and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in E Marketplaces and general trade.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the E Marketplaces and general trade sectors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts,
• Implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
• Drive sales growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute digital sales strategies tailored to the Gulf region’s E Marketplace landscape.
• Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize online sales.
• Manage relationships with distributors and retailers in the general trade sector.
• Implement trade marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and sales.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Optimize order fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Gulf region.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of E Marketplace dynamics, digital sales strategies and web analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the consumer goods industry.
• Knowledge of local languages and cultural nuances in the Gulf region.
• Knowledge of current e-commerce trends and best practices.
• Familiarity with international e-commerce markets.
