Role: ELV/Network Technician


Role Description
Install, test, and commission fiber optic and data cabling infrastructure.
Install enterprise IT and computer equipment, such as server cabinets & racks, servers, networking equipment, routers, and switches.
Perform patch cabling for switches, servers, and other ICT equipment.
Program and set up routers and switches to meet specific network requirements for Smart Home Automation Systems.
Configure and maintain network firewalls to ensure secure data communication.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ELV equipment.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and field staff.
Ensure all installations and configurations meet industry standards and company requirements.
Work collaboratively with the field team to integrate ELV systems.
Document technical procedures and configurations.


Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV
UAE-based only
Proven experience as an ELV or IT Technician.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Ability to provide high-level customer service and support.
Relevant certifications in data & fiber cabling, network engineering, or related fields are preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
