Job Description:
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance through our live chat platform. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide information about our products/services to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
Provide accurate information about our products and services
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Location: Colombo Sri Lanka
Requirements:
FILIPINO & INDIAN
Proven work experience in a customer service role(but not mandatory)
Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Benefits:
Competitive salary 2,000AED to 3,000AED PLUS BONUS & COMISSIONS
