Undertakes and manages allocated CAD production and other technical work tasks to agreed deadlines, standards (industry project), and in accordance with the project planCoordinates action plans with designers when receiving electronic CAD files used to prepare and make revisions to the drawingsProvides knowledge and experience of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to overview and interrogate design and construction drawingsChecks all aspects of CAD drawings such as drafting standardsPrepares design quantities, grades, elevations, maps, drawings, profiles, cross-sections, details and other design elements as neededUtilizes drafting, design and other applicable software for development of drawings, details, notes, quantities and cost estimatesDetermines design parameters that meet the criteria given in design manuals and standard drawingsImports and exports data between various sources.
