Navjyot continues to enhance its presence in the cotton, Agri food & feed industry by supplying exceptional products to major global brands. Products include cotton, cereal grains (for milling), feed grains (for livestock), oil seeds, pulses and lentils.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Commercial Operations Manager at Navjyot International Private Limited in Dubai. As the Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing customer accounts, coordinating with suppliers at different origins, execution of contracts, inventory management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in developing and implementing strategies to optimize operations and drive growth. Good functional knowledge in international trade, supported by Masters Degree in International Business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sourcing Agri commodities and monitoring Imports & Exports
• Design, implement and direct import & export strategies for agricultural raw materials, seeds and animal feeds
• Develop external partnerships with suppliers for best product procurement
• Execute, negotiate contracts and price agreements with vendor
• Ensure proper documentation for customs clearance and quality control
• Monitor delivery and order status for accuracy and completion
• Monitor foreign currency exchange rates and adjust purchase strategies accordingly
• Manage internal logistics for timely and cost-effective order fulfilment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with suppliers or customers
• Create and maintain log records of imported and exported shipments
• Report import / export activities to senior management
• Co-ordinating with different origins for procurement and execution of contracts
Requirements:
• MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade / National Institute of Agricultural Marketing / National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE)
• Minimum five (5) years experience in agricultural sales, import/export management or international trade.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures and logistics operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in foreign languages may be advantageous depending on the target markets.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Willingness to travel to origin / sourcing countries.
• Thorough knowledge of computers, worked on MS Office.
• Also have working knowledge of shipping and shipment.
• Experience in dealing with freight forwarders and shipping companies.
• Self-motivated, team player as well as an independent worker, team leader and ready to learn and adapt to new business environment.
