We are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to perform daily secretarial and admin tasks that will support our organization.

• Must be currently staying or living in Dubai, UAE only
• Job Location: Deira, Dubai, UAE
• Nationality: Filipino (Female only)
• Salary: 3,000AED – 5,000AED


Work Duties / Responsibilities

• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
• Typing, preparing and collating reports
• Filing
• Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Managing databases
• Prioritizing workloads
• Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
• Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
• Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
• Logging or processing bills or expenses
• Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients


Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills

• Flexibility
• Tact, discretion and diplomacy
• The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it
• The ability to use standard software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office) and to learn bespoke packages if required.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the same field of work in the UAE.
