Robert Bosch is looking to employ an IT Solution Specialist; the successful candidate will be responsible for SAP day-to-day support and operations to handle customer reported tickets and service requests towards a SAP ERP System landscape in South Africa. The incumbent will also monitor, maintain, and continuously improve IT solution according to the agreed service levels and operational targets and ensure correctness, reliability as well as data integrity and security during the support phase.Duties can include but are not limited to;Responsible for maintenance and operations of SAP ERP System landscape in South Africa;Provides 2nd 3rd level application support for customer reported issues and requests;Performs troubleshooting to resolve reported issues based on agreed SLA's;Refers more complex problems to experts/product support;Performs daily operational tasks including monitoring, trouble shooting, error corrections, housekeeping andsystem tuning;Provides support during upgrades and other maintenance related activities associated with an application;Implements approved operational changes;Documents the solutions to enrich reusable solution database;Collaborates with other associates to constantly increase own knowledge and skills about the own end-to-end process chain and adjacent processes.Experience Required;In-depth expert knowledge from the respective end-to-end business process for functional areas (SAP ERP).3-5 years working experience in a similar SAP support role.Extensive technology competency with SAP ERP: MM, PP, FICO, SDand WM/LE.Ox and ITIL process knowhow.Personal Characteristics;Good analytical and problem-solving skills;Customer orientated skills;Ability to work independent and in a team;Entrepreneurial thinking, ability to work self-directed;Ability to work under minimal supervision and high pressure;Attention to details and analytics.
