In the first month you’ll will learn about our organization and context. Afterwards, you will become part of our intense learning program where you will learn the skills to be a professional within the Deloitte network who will be able to serve on IT audit assignments for different high profile, international top clients. During the 6 months you will be afforded the opportunity to interview with various Deloitte memberfirms across Europe and Africa - depending on your progress and performance - you will then have the opportunity to be extended and take on more responsibilities on future assignments. The opportunity to be employed permanently as a Junior consultant will be dependnet on your performance within the 6 months contract.
