Min 5 years supervisory experience.Staff reporting to you: Mechanics & Mechanics assistantsResponsibilities - Manage all preventative and corrective maintenance of the fleet- Manage all legal requirements such as licensing, Calibration, COF- Repairs & Maintenance on Heavy duty Earthmoving plant including engines, brakes, clutch, suspension, limited electrics/Pneumatics/hydraulics- Monitoring of Costs- Stock control (parts)- Administrative work such as job cards, purchasing, maintenance schedules, maintenance books etc.- Health and Safety- Upholding the Company’s policies and procedures- Able to travel and work away from home (site visits).Inherent requirements - Good management skills- Leadership skills- Interested in also working hands on- Good communication skills- Team player- MS Office experience
