Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative marketing plans that effectively promote our products/services and capture the target audience's attention.
Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials, such as sales collateral, presentations, and product/service documentation, to support their sales efforts and drive conversions.
Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, translating findings into actionable insights.
Content Creation: Develop compelling and persuasive marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to engage prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
Digital Marketing: Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer databases, track customer interactions, and nurture customer relationships to drive customer retention and loyalty.
Analyze Campaign Performance: Use data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve future efforts.
Event Management: Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment and adherence to financial targets.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a [similar industry/niche].
Strong understanding of marketing principles, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive marketing content.
