Handle job card invoices to cash, credit & insurance customers daily
Invoice delivery through email/courier and documentation.
Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deduction procedures.
Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line, and coordinate with collections department..
Updating Bank entries & passing entries if required during bank reconciliation.
Allocation of CRNs / RCTs / CRPTs / JVs / DRNs passed.
Make system approval for petty cash by recording entries; verify documentation.
Post customer payments by recording cash, cheque, and credit card transactions.
Post revenue data by verifying and enter transactions from lock box and local deposits.
Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers;
Prepare and enter journal entries which include correcting entries, allocating expenditures, grant related entries, etc.
Generate output VAT reports monthly basis for VAT filing.
Prepares ad-hoc reports as requested
Requirements and skills

Minimum 3 years Work experience as an Accountant (UAE)
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
Good oral and written communication skills in English language
