Proven track record of sales achievements, negotiation skills, and customer satisfaction.
Expertise in current market environment Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry practices.
Conduct market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on Dubai market trends.
Assist clients in buying/selling/and renting properties, ensuring a smooth transaction.
Coordinate property showings, and inspections, open-house and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients.
Desired Candidate Profile

A Bachelor's degree is required, Any field (preferred).
2+ years of proven experience as a successful Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market dynamics, trends, and legal regulations.
