Lead the implementation of BIM methodologies and workflows throughout the architectural design process, from schematic design to construction documentation.
Develop and maintain BIM models using industry-leading software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) to accurately represent architectural elements, systems, and spatial relationships.
Collaborate closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to integrate BIM into the design and coordination process.
Conduct clash detection analyses and resolve coordination issues to ensure constructability and minimize conflicts during the design development phase.
Generate high-quality renderings, visualizations, and presentations to communicate design intent effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM best practices, standards, and software tools.
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in BIM and architectural design to continuously improve workflows and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working as an architect with a focus on BIM implementation and management.
Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or Bentley AECOsim.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction documentation.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading BIM coordination meetings and facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred but not required.
