Description

Preparing monthly and annual accounts
Corporate document maintenance
Projecting cost calculations
Liaising with auditors
Costing for projects
Using digital systems to keep records and create payments
Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy
Handling petty cash and employee expense reimbursements
Prepare timesheet and calculate employee salaries, deductions, and benefits to ensure compliance with labor laws.
Preparing VAT returns and timely submissions of VAT statements to FTA.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely flow of financial information.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
CA or CPA Qualified prefer.
Previous experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent personal presentation
Female Prefer.
