As a Customer Agent Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the customer service team by handling administrative tasks, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all clients. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer emails, managing incoming calls, processing orders, and providing general assistance to the customer service representatives.

We strongly recommend you have this requirement and meet up to adapt to the new system.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Working Conditions:

Office environment with regular business hours.
Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required.
Interaction with customers and colleagues both in-person and remotely.
Potential for high call volume and handling of stressful situations.
