We are searching for a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls professionally and direct them to appropriate staff.
Greet visitors warmly and handle their inquiries.
Respond to emails efficiently and accurately.
Prepare quotations using MS Excel.
Maintain a CRM system to track customer interactions.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of receptionist experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
