The candidate should have the following requirements: -



Strong / excellent interpersonal, communication skills in English and organization skills.
Managing daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arranging new meetings and appointments of the management & prepare minutes of meeting accordingly.
Checking emails and giving / drafting them appropriate reply.
Proficient in Accounting knowledge
Manage / maintain Commercial Invoices / daily accounts / Petty Cash and other documents.
Very strong follow-up with clients.
Must be go getter to complete the task.
Has a passion for providing business support to colleagues.
Maintaining proper Office Documents and related files in soft copy as well as hard copy
Proficiency in MS Office packages is a must - Excel with Pivot & V loop a must / Word / PPT / Photoshop / email etc.
Should have good communication skill both in verbal and writing English (min) to interact with customers.
Should have basic accounting knowledge & well typing skill.
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
Soft spoken & well-groomed must.


3-5 YEARS RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE IS A MUST TO QUALIFY
