Key Responsibilities:

Surveillance and Monitoring:

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for any suspicious activities or breaches.
Stay alert and attentive to potential security risks or threats.
Access Control:

Control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the premises.
Verify identification and credentials of individuals seeking entry.
Issue visitor passes and maintain records of entry and exit.
Response to Incidents:

Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, such as disturbances or unauthorized entries.
Investigate and report incidents to appropriate authorities or supervisors.
Take necessary steps to contain and resolve situations, including contacting law enforcement if required.
Customer Service:

Provide courteous and professional assistance to employees, visitors, and clients.
Address inquiries and requests in a helpful manner, maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor.
Report Writing and Documentation:

Document all security-related activities, including patrols, incidents, and observations, in detailed reports.
Maintain accurate logs and records of security-related incidents and activities.
Security Equipment and Maintenance:

Ensure proper functioning of security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
Report any malfunction or damage to equipment and assist in troubleshooting or repair efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security-related fields are a plus.
Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position, with a strong understanding of security procedures and protocols.
