Job Responsibilities:

1. Implement and improve the company’s personnel systems and plans, training and development, performance evaluation, and employee social security and welfare management;

2. Cooperate with the existing establishment and development requirements of the business department to complete the entire process of recruitment needs. (Invitation, interview process follow-up, offer negotiation, onboarding, candidate landing)

3. Organize onboarding training for new employees, corporate culture activities, and build communication channels for employees to ensure the continued and healthy growth of the organization********Cooperate with the headquarters to complete the implementation of human resources projects, such as talent inventory, new employee training, performance appraisal and other projects.

job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, HR related major;

2. 3 years or more of local human resources work experience in Dubai, familiar with local laws and regulations in Dubai;

3. Priority will be given to those with experience in recruitment and training;

4. Good at communication, good coordination skills and strong sense of responsibility.
