Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office, assisting with administrative duties, and providing support to our team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Maintain office filing and storage systems
Assist with office administrative tasks as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior office experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
