We are seeking a dynamic Female individual who excels in customer service and administrative tasks to join our team as a Front Desk Administrator. This role will involve interacting with customers at the front desk, handling system data entry, collaborating with various departments within the company, and providing assistance in various tasks related to auto maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy.
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and assistance as needed.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently into the company's system.
Coordinate appointments and schedules for the auto maintenance shop.
Liaise with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.

Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or a similar position preferred.
