Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing communication, diary management, and clerical skills. The role will be based in Dubai.


Qualifications

Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent diary management skills
Clerical skills including data entry and record-keeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Experience in the financial industry is a plus
