Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging and informative lessons on a wide range of topics, including financial accounting, managerial accounting, business strategy, leadership, and more.
• Customize teaching methods and materials to cater to the diverse needs and skill levels of our students, from beginners to experienced professionals.
• Encourage practical, hands-on learning experiences that enable students to apply their knowledge to real-world business scenarios.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students, assisting them in understanding complex accounting principles, strategic management concepts, and leadership skills.
• Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and examinations, offering constructive feedback and one-on-one support to help them excel.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting and business management to ensure that our educational programs remain relevant and up-to-date.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
