Job Summary:
Join our team as a Shop Assistant and play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with daily operations, and maintaining a well-organized and inviting store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help customers find products and provide product information.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelving and displays.
- Receive and stock merchandise on shelves.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the management.
- Assist with visual merchandising to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and returns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Qualifications:
- MUST be a female (arabic)
- between 19 - 28 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy store.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
