Unique Concepts looking for a motivated and dedicated Admin assistant *** marketing coordinator join our team. You will be in charge of designing according to the client's provided specifications, Preparing Flyers, marketing, and taking appointments.
Below are your duties and responsibilities:
Designing Flyers, 2D and 3D plans Detail shop drawings for primarily joinery and interior fit-out.
working out how to apply the structure's estimated dimensions.
Able to prepare the flyers for social media and marketing
To take appointments with the customers.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies,arranging appointments, meeting and greeting customer , tele communication
Telephonic correspondence with the customers and suppliers
Coordinate company meetings, and customer visits
Maintain petty cash
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including order tracking.
Requirement:
At least 2 Years experience in same field
Bachelor’s degree.
AutoCAD, 3D Max, 3D modeling, and Photoshop Adobe skills, as well as self-reliance.
Communication skills.
Has good attention to detail and great organizing skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
