Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales/Cold Calling job located on-site in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales life cycle for our US clients.

The person will collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop sales and HR strategies to identify the right candidates for the company's open positions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
0-1 years of experience in sales / recruiting / Cold calling and email process specifically for the US market
Ability to handle multiple hiring needs with excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
