Job Description:
Perfect Doctors Clinic is currently seeking a dedicated Bilingual Call Center Agent fluent in both Arabic and English to join our team at our on-site location in the UAE. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service to our patients and clients.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously, assisting patients with appointment scheduling, inquiries, and other service-related matters.
Provide accurate information to patients regarding clinic services, physician availability, and medical procedures.
Ensure timely resolution of patient concerns and complaints, escalating issues when necessary to ensure patient satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and transactions using our electronic medical records system.
Collaborate closely with clinic staff to coordinate patient appointments and address scheduling conflicts.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of clinic procedures.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume targets, average handling time, and patient satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with challenging situations.
Proficiency in using computer systems, electronic medical records, and call center software.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on clinic needs.
