Job Description:

As a Sales Representative for IoT Business Solutions at Smart Citizens, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential clients interested in IoT solutions for smart cities, businesses, and industries in the UAE.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms to generate leads********Sales Presentations and Consultative Selling:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a thorough understanding of our IoT solutions and their benefits.
- Consult with clients to understand their challenges and propose customized solutions to address their needs effectively********Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the UAE to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to nurture relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling possibilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on industry knowledge and solution expertise********Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and service level agreements with clients in the UAE to secure deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams including legal, finance, and project management to ensure seamless deal closure and customer onboarding********Sales Reporting and Target Achievement:
- Track sales activities, pipeline progression, and revenue generation against monthly targets in AED.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management to evaluate performance and strategic planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or IoT sector, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Strong understanding of IoT concepts, smart city solutions, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Valid driving license in the UAE is a must.
