Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engage audiences, and generate leads. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and expertise in various digital marketing channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and achieve business objectives.
2. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

Campaign Management:

1.Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
2. Monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance and ROI.

Content Creation:

1. Oversee content creation and management for digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
2. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for SEO.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.

Skills:

1. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Creative thinking with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
5. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
2. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
