Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1.Market Research and Sourcing: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential buyers, distributors, and partners in the UAE market. Source new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand our market presence.

2.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the UAE. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, orders, and feedback. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

3.Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with clients, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Drive sales growth by promoting our products and services effectively, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

4.Order Management: Manage the entire order process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and quality control, to fulfill client orders according to their specifications and requirements.

5.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the UAE. Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications:
1.Proven experience in sales, business development, or sourcing, preferably in the export industry.
2.Knowledge of the UAE market, including key players, regulations, and cultural nuances.

3.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on multitasking and prioritization.

5.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

6.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
