Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
• Responsible for managing the administration of human resources policies and procedures.
• Manage human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training and employment services.
• Maintain and develop HR policies ensuring compliance and contribute to the development of the organization HR policies.
• Manages end-to-end and timely closure of disciplinary, performance, reward, talent, grievance cases and absence management for all employees and transition management.
• Counseling, guidance and support to managers in case of disciplinary issues.
• Ensure new joining formalities are completed on time (Medical exam, EID, employee induction) and Document renewal follow up (passport, Emirates ID, residence)
• Manage and review the exit interview feedback and provide information, guidance and analysis as appropriate to managers.
• Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of HR Administration experience within at least an SMB or Mid-sized organization.
• Candidate must be Fluent in English therefore, candidates from the Philippines would be preferred).
• Must be aware of UAE Regulations
