We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team in Dubai. As Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the authentic taste of Turkish / Mediterranean seafood to culinary scene of Dubai. You'll be responsible for creating innovative dishes, maintaining quality standards, and infusing our menu with the rich cultural heritage of Turkey.


Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and execute a diverse menu featuring seafood dishes & coastal mezes with a modern twist.
• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to consistently deliver high-quality culinary creations.
• Source and select the freshest seafood and ingredients, ensuring adherence to our quality standards.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
• Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus, special promotions, and culinary events.
• Implement and maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and optimize kitchen operations for efficiency.


Qualifications:



• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a reputable seafood or/and Mediterranean restaurant, with a knowledge of the worlds food trends.
• Extensive knowledge of seafood dishes, ingredients, and culinary techniques.
• Creative flair and passion for innovation, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Dubai's culinary scene and cultural nuances is a plus.
• Culinary degree or relevant certifications will be advantageous********Benefits:
