The key purpose of this role is to assist Director of Human Resources in all day-to-day HR activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR Department.Manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office.Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)Manage time and attendanceColleague relationsManages disciplinary process and proceduresColleague orientation, development, and trainingPolicy development and documentationClarifies HR related queries of Line Managers in compliance with HR policies and proceduresManages the exit interview process and procedureOrganizes colleague social events and recognition eventsEnsures all HR expenses are managed and in line with the budgetPrepares HR statistics and reportingInduct, coach, and mentor new Team MembersCompliance to the UAE Labour Law
