Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Meno.Travel platform. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Meno.Travel platform, ensuring the delivery of high-quality travel services.
Oversee the hotel booking operations, ensuring a wide range of accommodation options are available and competitive pricing is maintained.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive user engagement and business growth.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including hotel partners, to enhance service offerings and foster strong relationships.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve platform features and user experience.
Monitor and manage the performance of the platform, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel booking management, with a global perspective.
Proven leadership experience in managing digital travel platforms or similar.
Strong understanding of the travel and hospitality industry, including market trends and customer needs.
