The applicant must have experience in the travel and tourism market within the United Arab Emirates.

Have fully aware of all laws related to the field of tourism and travel.

Have experienced in dealing with flight, hotel reservations and tour packages programs.

• Experience in ticketing programs and making adjustments to reservations
• Answering customer inquiries related to flight schedules, trips and travel fares
• Prepare information for tourists
• Production of promotional materials
• Presentation of tourist offers
• Conducting research on the travel and tourism market
• Follow up on flight reservations for passengers
• Follow up on hotel reservations
• Organizing individual and group tours and programs
• Provide the necessary information about the costs of trips, transportation, accommodation, and all other information of interest to travelers
