- Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls to promote and sell financial products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking channel partners.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors’ offerings.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in tele-sales, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent
