Hiring Sales Executives for Credit Cards
• Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our credit cards
• Building rapport with potential customers and assess their credit card needs.
• Explaining card features, benefits, and terms to potential customers.
• Answering customer inquiries and addressing concerns regarding credit card applications, eligibility criteria, and rewards programs.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborating with team members to share best practices and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Banking/DSA sales: 1 year (Required)
• Hiring Retail Banking Sales Officer for one of the lading DSA in UAE to sell Credit Cards
• Salary depends on experience range from 3,000 AED to 5,000 AED + Incentives & other benefits
• Hiring who are currently in UAE with minimum 6 months UAE / Home country banking sales experience.
• The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1-8 years of experience in Banking products like credit card sales, and personal loans category.
• UAE fresher with home banking product sales experience can also apply
• Must be available in the U.A.E to join immediately.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Banking Sales or DSA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and overcome objections.
- Basic knowledge of credit cards, financial services, and industry regulations.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
