Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and making notes of any important information.
• Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, and executing clerical functions.
• Taking care of complete office administrative duties.
• Ensuring office financial obligations are paid in a timely manner.
• Support HR in the office paperwork and employees files and documents.
• Understanding and handling client related matters.
• Ensuring that the clients' queries are addressed promptly.
• Working closely with the Finance and Sales teams.
• Following up on the financial recoveries and collections with the clients.
• Pickup, delivery, and handling of company financial documents.
• Maintaining office related financial records and petty cash.
• Short stay and travelling for work and meetings.
• Providing technical and non-technical assistance to the sale team.
• Handling the courier, stampings and printing and legal documents for the Sales team.


Qualifications

They should have their own visa
Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent English verbal and written
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
