Job Responsibilities:

1.Manage and coordinate construction projects to ensure progress and quality.
2.Develop and execute construction plans to ensure smooth progress according to schedule.
3.Coordinate various resources to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, etc., required for construction work.
4.Conduct safety inspections of construction sites to ensure construction safety.
5.Supervise construction quality to ensure that the engineering quality meets requirements.
6.Liaise with project designers, engineers, etc., to ensure consistency between construction work and design plans.
7.Coordinate construction teams to ensure smooth completion of construction tasks.
8.Responsible for on-site coordination and communication, maintaining good cooperative relationships with clients, etc.
9.Record and report construction progress and issues, analyze and optimize construction data.

Job Requirements:

1.Familiar with construction projects such as photovoltaics, understanding relevant construction processes and standards.
2.Proficient in construction site management skills, with a certain level of data analysis ability.
3.Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
4.Possess organizational and coordination abilities, able to handle emergencies.
5.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively communicate with people from different backgrounds.
