Job Title: Clinic Manager

Location: Bur Dubai
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to oversee all licenses and other clinic facilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all clinic facilities and ensure they comply with regulatory standards
- Manage staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the clinic
- Monitor the clinic's financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure patient satisfaction and resolve any complaints or issues
- Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders
- Manage the clinic's licenses and ensure they are up to date
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare management or a related field
- Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinic setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and healthcare laws
- Ability to manage staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
