• Should have hands-on experience in selling, SaaS, Cloud Sales, FaaS & IT Services & Products (Applications) in market.
• Understanding of the challenger sale's methodology, outbound prospecting, target account management, call coaching, email writing, and usage of social media in prospecting and securing appointments.
• Should be able to understand technology products & services and speak about them confidently.
• Should be able to take the new project/ new business to the company.
• Ownership of Year-on-Year and Quarterly Sales Targets (Revenue & New Client Wins) End-to-End responsibility for new business development and account mining.
• Outstanding communication abilities to transform incoming calls into prospective business opportunities and effectively address telephone inquiries
• Guide and support team across multiple client engagements by providing technical thought leadership
• Drive innovation within the practice/team by creating/identifying reusable components, tools,
accelerators as well work on increasing adoptions of these accelerators during delivery
