Position Overview:
As a Ticketing and Visa Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel needs, including booking tickets, arranging visas, and providing relevant information and support. You will serve as a point of contact between clients and travel agencies or embassies, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Ticket Booking:

Assist clients in booking air tickets, train tickets, and other modes of transportation based on their travel requirements.
Provide information on available flights, fares, and travel routes.
Coordinate with airlines and travel agencies to secure bookings and confirmations.
Visa Processing:

Guide clients through the visa application process, including required documentation and procedures.
Assist in completing visa application forms accurately and ensuring compliance with embassy regulations.
Liaise with embassies or consulates to schedule appointments and track visa processing status.
Advise clients on visa fees, processing times, and any additional requirements.
Client Consultation:

Listen to clients' travel preferences, budget constraints, and itinerary plans.
Offer personalized travel recommendations, including destination suggestions, travel packages, and accommodation options.
Address client queries and concerns regarding travel logistics, visa regulations, and travel insurance.
Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of client information, travel itineraries, and visa applications.
Organize and file relevant documents, including passports, visas, tickets, and travel insurance policies.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality protocols.
Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel booking process, from initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up.
Handle client feedback and complaints professionally and promptly, seeking resolution to ensure client satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering personalized service and anticipating their future travel needs.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in ticketing, travel agency operations, or visa consultancy services.
Proficiency in using reservation systems, ticketing software, and online booking platforms.
Strong knowledge of visa requirements, immigration regulations, and embassy procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing travel documents and booking reservations.
Multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
