What You’ll Be Doing

1-Overseeing day-to-day running of finance
2-Aligning the goals and vision of all aspects of the business from a finance perspective
3-Management accounting, financial reporting and providing commercial and operational management information to support rapid global expansion
4-Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process
5-Assisting in the tax and regulatory reporting requirements of India entities
6-Building a scalable and efficient global accounting and finance function
7-Managing the annual audit process and financial statements production

What You'll Need

1-5+ years of experience in Accounting and finance functions, preferably the candidate is already working in Dubai
2-Chartered Accountant (or equivalent), trained in a reputable practice
3-Strong accounting knowledge, with proven experience
4-Excellent attention to detail with the ability to unravel complex accounting queries
5-Ability to comprehend and narrate financial records for external stakeholders
6-Positive attitude: 'Can do' approach and willing to give everything a go from manual processing to larger projects
7-Self motivated individual who can work under their own initiative
8-Excellent organization skills: ability to plan and organize work so that it is efficient and effective
9-Good punctuality and time management skills
10-Excellent Microsoft Office skills
