Job Description:
•Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s products and services.
•Building lasting relationships with clients and making sure to offer the best possible service.
•Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
•Follow up with clients and call back whenever required.
•Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the team leads.
•Adaptability and accountability.
•Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating the google sheets.
Requirements:
•Good communication and basic typing skills
•Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
•Good multi-tasking skills.
•CSR, will act as a contact person, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers.
•CSR should be patient and polite, especially when interacting with dissatisfied customers.

Salary: AED********per month (Rs.30,000/-)

Qualification:
•Should be able to speak English, Hindi, Kannada and any one of these language like, Telugu.
•Any education qualification except Engineering.
