Summary The Strategic Commercial Transformation Manager will lead all strategic business transformation efforts and projects across the EM region aligned with business priorities. Key responsibilities: Lead or partner for the implementation of strategic non-continuous projects which will address specific market needs with significant impact and ensure successful achievement of planned outcomes. These projects include and are not limited to Roll-out of Global Commercial Projects: Work with Global teams to ensure strategic project execution and implementation Ad HOC Strategic Projects: Special projects that do not fit the above criteria but are of strategic importance to organization (e.g., System rollout and implementation, Strategic assessments, Market entry/exit assessments etc.) Partner with above market / cluster / country teams to develop Long-Term plans, matching market opportunities with an outside-in capability Collaborate with teams to evaluate project candidates for continuous improvement, country, and product optimization Any other as may be defined from time to time. The minimum qualifications for this role are: Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a multi-national environment Bachelor’s Degree Required.
