Civil Engineer with 4-6 years of construction industry with experience in handling project like G+1 ,in Dubai preferably.
. DM Approved Engineer shall be preferred.
• Hold a bachelor’s in civil engineering from a renowned university.
• Valid UAE driving license shall be preferred.
• Design & analyze steel structures, must have managed construction projects
• Manage teams & approvals.
• Conduct site visits & inspections.
• Minimum3-4 yrs of experience
• Salary – Negotiable as per experience and skill
• Design & site execution experience essential.
• Must be able to negotiate with subcontractors and other vendors and do all kind of Quality Control processes
• Must be aware of DM/Civil Defense / Etisalat / DU etc.. formalities and approvals
• Experience with MEP arrangements
