Job Purpose:
Lead all onsite and offsite QA/QC activities for assigned projects; train and mentor team members and stakeholders; facilitate the achievement of project Quality Objectives and KPIs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Quality Management: Implement and maintain the QMS, develop project-specific PMP, PQP, and quality procedures.
Team Leadership: Organize and evaluate the QA/QC team, ensuring performance meets project standards.
Documentation: Prepare and supervise QA/QC documentation submission as per contract requirements.
Training: Train stakeholders on PMP, PQP, and IMS requirements to ensure understanding.
Compliance: Ensure subcontractor and supplier quality requirements are met and documented.
Audits: Conduct internal and external quality audits and site visits to ensure compliance.
Non-Conformities: Manage non-conformities, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Reporting: Report quality matters to Project Management, prepare summary reports, and track KPIs.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead activities for continual improvement of quality processes.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience as Corporate QA/QC Manager in a Construction Company and should familiar with all application of QA/QC principles.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
ISO********Lead Auditor certification preferred.
Technical Skills and Competencies:
Extensive knowledge of construction processes and standards.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Should have broad and coherent level of knowledge, with depth in the underlying principles and concepts.
Skills to review critically analyze, consolidate and synthesize knowledge.
Ability to read, interpret technical / site / project drawings.
Ability to do technical inspections and Testing & Commissioning.
Ability to provide independent written and verbal reports in QA/QC activities.
Ability to lead Internal / External Audits to ISO 9001.
