We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Officers to join our team, focusing on promoting and selling credit cards. As a Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our credit card business while delivering unparalleled service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with customers to understand their financial needs and promote the benefits of our credit card products.
Generate leads and effectively convert prospects into credit card holders through persuasive sales techniques.
Provide comprehensive guidance to customers on credit card features, terms, and conditions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of credit card applications and timely delivery of services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements in the credit card industry.
Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to quality standards and compliance regulations.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.

Familiarity with banking products, particularly credit cards, is desirable.
