Role Overview:



As the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Nas Daily, your primary role is to work closely with and support him in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives. You will be the right-hand person, ensuring smooth communication, organization, and efficiency within the company.



What this job involves:





Assist the CEO in developing and executing strategic plans.


Conduct research and provide insights to drive informed decisions.


Monitor progress on key initiatives and report results.


Act as a bridge between the CEO and other teams, ensuring clear communication.


Prepare presentations, emails, and other communication materials.


Coordinate meetings and follow-ups to keep everyone aligned.


Manage special projects assigned by the CEO.


Ensure projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives.


Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results.


Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.


Prepare briefing materials and background information for meetings.


Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field (or equivalent experience).


Proven experience in a similar role or in project management.


Familiarity with the digital media or content creation industry is a plus.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.


Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
