Job Description: As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Siraj, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our establishment. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high standards of service. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in managing the restaurant's day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management. Ensuring excellent customer service is provided by the team at all times. Overseeing food and beverage operations, including quality control, inventory management, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Assisting in training and developing the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold the restaurant's values and standards. Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner. Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and profitability. Assisting in maintaining financial records, monitoring expenses, and contributing to budget planning. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry. Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and health and safety regulations. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
